Suzetta Parks is president of Parks and Pennington, a firm specializing in human resource training, event planning and marketing. Ms. Parks has years of corporate experience in human resource development, sales, and marketing. Her professional Career includes being employed as Manager, Training and Development for the Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Corporation. She has provided training to clients including the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Swope Parkway Health Center, The Kauffman Foundation, The City of Kansas City and The Environmental Protection Agency. Suzetta leads an organization that assist individuals and organizations succeed through training, consulting and managing both people and events. She convened the first Best Practices Corporate Roundtable for INROADS/Inc. in Chicago, Illinois and provides career development training to the Kansas City INROADS affiliate. She is past President of the Kansas City Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Suzetta is a certified Novations facilitator.
